Eligibility

1. Individual

• Malaysian citizen.
• Individuals aged 18 years and above.
• Must open a savings account or current account with MBSB Bank for the purpose of payment of the Programme Incentive.
• Need to perform Programme registration before giving any New-to-Bank Potential Customer(s) to MBSB Bank. The registration documents required are as follows:
  • Copy of Referrer’s NRIC.
  • Duly completed M EXPLORE Referral Programme Registration Form and to be acknowledged by the authorised MBSB Bank Personnel.

2. Non-Individual

• A body incorporated/registered with Companies Commission Malaysia, Government Agencies and various private sectors, partnerships, society, association, corporations, corporative, clubs, etc.
• Must open a savings account or current account with MBSB Bank for the purpose of payment of the Programme Incentive.
• Need to perform Programme registration before giving any New-to-Bank Potential Customer(s) to MBSB Bank. The registration documents required are as follows:
  • Appointment Letter of Authorised Signatories.
  • NRIC Copy of Authorised Signatories.
  • Duly completed M EXPLORE Referral Programme Registration Form and to be acknowledged by authorised MBSB Bank Personnel

Note: For each New-to-Bank Potential Customer(s) referred, the Referrer is required to submit a duly completed M EXPLORE Referral Programme Consent Form to the designated Financial Advisor assigned to that particular Referrer or through the Referral Management System (RMS).

Programme Incentive

• The rate of the Programme Incentive payable is 0.7% * (inclusive of any government tax, if applicable) or any other rate determined by the Bank from time to time, of the disbursed Personal Financing-i amount.

Example:

*Applicable to New-to-Bank Potential Customer(s) only

• Payment of the Programme Incentive will be credited into the Referrer’s MBSB Bank savings account or current account in the next following month.
