Transaction Limits

The minimum amount is RM10,000.00.

Processing Cut-Off Time

The processing cut-off time is 3:00pm on working days. Transactions performed after cut-off time/during holiday will be processed on the next working day (Kuala Lumpur). Beneficiary will receive the remitted fund on the same day.

Processing Time

Customers can perform transactions OTC during banking hours and anytime via ATM/CRM, Internet Banking, and Mobile Banking. Depending on when the transaction is performed, beneficiaries will receive the fund as timing indicated below:

Executing a foreign currency remittance  
Inward TT Cut off time is 2:00pm
  • Before cut off time : credited on the same day
  • After cut off time : credited on the next working day
Outward TT Cut off time is 4:00pm
  • Before cut off time : processed on the same day
  • After cut off time : processed on next working day
