Project and Property Management

Our Project and Property Management Division (PPMD) assist the business team to:

Evaluate the technical viability of each project
Advice on a financing/loan structure to suit the project and customer's need
Verify project status for disbursement recommendation
Work closely with clients and consultants to ensure that all projects being financed by MBSB can be completed for hand over

(PPMD) has been granted with the ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management System) certification since April 2011 to ensure that all work processes follow a stringent time line in order for a quick turnover reporting period.
