Eligibility

Individual Category

• Open to new/existing MBSB Bank customers;
• Individuals aged 18 years old and above;
• Malaysian citizens, permanent residents and non-residents;
• Joint Account holders Individual below the age of eighteen (18) years old subject to the account being operated by a trustee (parent or legal guardians); and
• Malaysian citizens and permanent residents under Trustee Account.

Notes:

• Not eligible for staff of MBSB Group (MBSB Bank and MIDF), including the Board members, both permanent and contract employees, as well as their immediate family members (parents, spouse, and children); and/or
• Customers who hold any accounts that are delinquent or not in good standing as determined by MBSB Bank at its sole and absolute discretion, or being terminated, suspended, cancelled, closed or dormant during the Campaign Period; and/or
• All EU is rounded down to the lower multiple (e.g., for Digital Category: 3 transactions = 1 EU/ (M7 Category: RM 15 transaction amount = 2 EU)
