TARGETED REPAYMENT ASSISTANCE (TRA)
Dear Valued Customers,
Following the reinforcement of the Movement Control Order (“MCO”), MBSB Bank continues to offer the Targeted Repayment Assistance to customers who are financially affected by Covid-19 including microenterprises and locked-down micro-SMEs.
These are the options available for the following categories of customers:
|1.||B40 group who have received Bantuan Sara Hidup (BSH)/Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (BPR).||Three (3) months moratorium;
Monthly payments reduced by 50% for 6 months.
|2.||Customers in the M40/T20 group who became unemployed (in 2020 or 2021).|
|3.||Microenterprises and locked-down micro-SMEs.|
|4.||Customers with reduction in their monthly income/pay cut.||Reduction in monthly payments according to reduced monthly income for 6 months.|
