For Existing Customer with MBSB Bank Current Account, you will need to:

  • Complete online registration by clicking on 'REGISTER AS MERCHANT' button below.
  • Download MBSB Bank M RETAIL for DuitNow QR acceptance once receiving temporary password and username from us.

For new customer without MBSB Bank Current Account, you will need to:

  • Visit the nearest MBSB Bank's branch or apply online by clicking on 'OPEN AN ACCOUNT' below for sales collection, settlement and reconciliation.
  • After the account has been opened, please complete the online registration by clicking on 'REGISTER AS MERCHANT' button below.
  • Download MBSB Bank M RETAIL mobile app and login once you have received the temporary password and username.

Account Inquiry
Merchant is able to check on the current available account balance and list of outlet tagged to the account as receiving account.

Cashier Management
Merchant is able to create new / edit / delete / suspend cashier.

Dashboard
Merchant is able to check the total number of sales for the day for each outlet(s). It will also display the list of outlet and no of cashiers available for each outlet in summary.

Dynamic and Static QR Code
Merchant is able to generate static or dynamic QR code from the app.

Outlet Management
Merchant is able to create new / edit / delete / suspend outlet.

Transaction History
Merchant is able to view / download / share transaction history
